PENINSULA SURGICAL SKILLS CENTRE (PSSC)
The Peninsula Surgical Skills Centre provides a dedicated training facility located within the Peninsula Radiology Academy building at Plymouth, and within close proximity to Derriford Hospital. It has been developed to run nationally accredited courses for delegates, with a breadth of Faculty from across the region. It has been established to provide access to a range of surgical training courses for all members of the professional medical team.
The Skills Centre is Led by Consultant Mark Coleman internationally recognised for his expertise in the innovative field of laparoscopic surgery, supported with the management of the PSSC team.

To provide high quality surgical training in a structured educational teaching environment with identified learning course outcomes with a progressive and leading innovative approach to course delivery.
